The nutrients in our food help us to grow, repair, function and flourish. If we are not giving our bodies what they need to function at best then dysfunction and symptoms may arise.
Nutritional Therapy seeks to identify the root cause of symptoms and create a personalised nutrition plan to help you achieve your goals and support sustained health.

Helen presents to 70+ employees of a major corporate firm in London about nutrition, balance and stress management. In amongst three days of team meetings the customer created slots for health and well-being talks as part of its initiative to support a healthy workforce.
Helen hosted a cooking demo for 17 ladies in aid of St Michael’s Hospice and Aylton Church. On the menu: salmon and sweet potato fishcakes with a warm winter salad and veggie chilli with stuffed sweet potatoes. Healthy puddings included home made banana ice cream with a salted caramel sauce and spiced poached apples.
